Simply click on the details of the transaction that you wish to allocate, and you will be presented with a drop-down menu. From the menu you will be able to categorise and allocate the expense, then click save. For more information click on the link to see a more detailed version.

Expenses that are incurred personally on behalf of the business can be recorded using the expense tab located under ‘My Money’ from the main menu. Once selected, you can add a new expense and allocate it accordingly. The out-of-pocket expenses can also be accessed by navigating to the bottom left corner of the home screen. From the main menu click on the ‘Banking’ Tab which will take you to the ‘Bank account’ summary screen. From there select ‘Add new account’ and select ‘Bank Account’. You will need your security details to allow FreeAgent to connect to your bank account. Click the link for a more detailed version.
